Al-Ghazali started his legal career since graduation as a public prosecutor
at the Public Department of Investigations, the Director of Litigations Department
at the Gulf Bank of Kuwait and a legal practitioner at the Law Firm of Mohammed Musa'ed Al-Saleh,
the oldest law firm in the State of Kuwait and whose founder is the first attorney to be registered
in Kuwait Bar Association. He specialized there in commercial and corporate matters, and thereafter
he became a partner and moved to New York and Washington DC to work on different international
commercial transactions at Graham & James, currently S.S.D, one of the most reputable international

Mr. Mustafa began his legal career after law school graduation as an investigator at the
Ministry of Information - Radio and Television Sector, and thereafter he was assigned as the
Director thereof. Following his public service, he practiced law at his office in Cairo where he
was appointed as a counsel for numerous local commercial companies.
Mr. Mustafa joined MMG since its inception in 1992, and actually he is the first counsel to join
the firm. At MMG, he was appointed as an arbitrator in over 30 cases, most of which related to indebtedness,
and conducted many researches concerning the Complex Indebtedness Law, No. 41/93. In addition, Mr. Mustafa
contributed in the preparation of the Executive by-law of the Free Trade Zone.
His legal researches and significant jurisprudential studies helped setting fundamental principles for
the Court of Cassation in Kuwait regarding the travel ban on debtors to travel, securities transactions,
insurance actions and bank letters of guarantee. He further contributed in laying down the first regime
in Kuwait related to employees' stock options plan and in updating the Islamic financing transactions.

Mr. Al-Fouzan initiated his legal career at the Law Firm of Faris and Najeeb Al-Waqayan (Dixon & Dixon)
directly after admission in 1995, whereat he conducted legal researches and litigated civil, commercial and
criminal cases. In 1996, he moved to the United States to complete his legal education and obtained a
Master Degree, specializing in private international laws and regulations. His Master's thesis was about
foreign investments in Kuwait.
In 2000, Mr. Al-Fouzan joined the Corporate and International Department at MMG, and in 2003, he became
the Director of the Department, providing legal advices related to local and international corporate,
commercial and international transactions and relevant laws.
Mr. Al-Fouzan was appointed as counsel for the e-Government Project in 2001 by the Kuwait Institute
for Scientific Researches, and was elected President of the GATT Agreement Committee at Kuwait Bar Association
in 2002. He has many articles and legal studies published in newspapers and specialized local periodicals.

Before joining MMG, Mr. Labaki worked in Dubai with Chalhoub Group, the sole distributor of many luxurious brand names in the Middle East, where he handled all legal work and negations relating to agencies, franchises, procurements and distributions, and general international business contracts and transactions. In Beirut, he litigated commercial cases and negotiated several major contracts in different commercial transactions.

Mr. Labeeb has initiated his legal career at the Law Firm of Husni Mansi in Cairo, who represented Kuwaiti companies operating in Egypt. He then worked for the renowned Lebanese Investment Company, Meltex Group, and served as the legal advisor to numerous local and international companies in Egypt.
Mr. Labeeb moved to Kuwait in 2000 and pursued his legal career as a council, where he joined the Law Offices of Abdul Aziz & Khalid Taher, The International Advisor and the Law Offices of Jamal Al-Zamel, specializing mainly in investment transactions, finance, civil and labour cases.
