Mr. Mustafa began his legal career after law school graduation as an investigator at the Ministry of Information - Radio and Television Sector, and thereafter he was assigned as the Director thereof. Following his public service, he practiced law at his office in Cairo where he was appointed as a counsel for numerous local commercial companies. Mr. Mustafa joined MMG since its inception in 1992, and actually he is the first counsel to join the firm. At MMG, he was appointed as an arbitrator in over 30 cases, most of which related to indebtedness, and conducted many researches concerning the Complex Indebtedness Law, No. 41/93.
