The Law Offices of Mishari Al-Ghazali is a full-service law firm based in Kuwait City. The Firm was established in 1992 by Mishari M. Al-Ghazali.

Since its beginning, the Firm has set the path to specialize in corporate and international transactions, mainly as Mr. Al-Ghazali began his legal career as an in-house attorney at the Gulf Bank of Kuwait. Thereafter, Mr. Al-Ghazali associated with Al-Saleh Graham & James.

The Firm offers a wide range of local and international legal services. Locally, the Firm provides an extensive legal and business consultations to individuals, corporations and government agencies. The Firm’s international services are focused also on the provision of consultancy to international corporations doing business in Kuwait, and local investors who have business relationships with foreign entities. The Firm has been involved also in providing legal services to governmental agencies, such as the drafting and amending of laws and regulations. The Firm was hired by the Government of Kuwait in 2000-2001, to draft the legal structure of Kuwait's Technology Hub. In addition, since 2001 and until present, the Firm has been hired by the World Bank as the legal advisor in Kuwait to provide reports and consultations about the country's legal regulatory regimes, such as commercial, bankruptcy and mortgage laws.

The Firm also advises clients on identifying new business opportunities, and devising and implementing appropriate legal strategies for successful business ventures. In addition, the Firm routinely offers its clients extensive legal advice on important cutting-edge legislations and regulations, as it enjoys a substantial relationship with members of legislative and government bodies.

The Firm enjoys a distinguished clientele base, as it represents more than 20% of the major corporations listed in Kuwait stock market, and major international clients as described in the List of Clients.

Over 40 Kuwaiti and foreign professionals are employed by the Firm, which makes it the largest law firm in Kuwait considering the market size of legal practice. The Firm's members possess a broad experience in the civil, common, and Sharia legal systems, and are fluent in Arabic, English, French, Italian, German, and other languages.
